# Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains production timeframes, shipping timelines, customs, tracking, and delivery-related terms. For damaged, lost, or undeliverable packages, see our Refund Policy.
## 1) Made-to-Order Processing (Production Time)
PopPaw products are made to order.
Because each item is personalised, production begins after payment is confirmed and all required customisation details have been received.
Our standard production time is around 7 days.
During busy periods, production may take a little longer. Where possible, updated estimates will be shown on product pages or at checkout.
## 2) Shipping Destinations
We ship to the countries listed at checkout.
If your country is not currently available, please contact us and we'll let you know if shipping is possible.
## 3) Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Shipping times vary depending on destination, local carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, and peak periods.
Typical shipping time after dispatch is around 5–10 days, depending on destination.
Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes only, not guarantees.
## 4) Total Estimated Delivery Time
As a guide, most orders should arrive within approximately 12–17 days from the date the order is placed:
- around 7 days for production
- plus around 5–10 days for shipping
## 5) Shipping Costs
Shipping terms will be shown at checkout.
If standard shipping is included in the product price, this will be reflected at checkout.
For some destinations or remote delivery areas, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. If this applies, it will either be shown at checkout or we will contact you before dispatch where necessary.
If you do not wish to proceed with an additional shipping charge before production has started, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
## 6) Tracking
Tracking is provided where supported by the selected shipping service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email where available.
Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed during transit, handoffs between carriers, or customs clearance.
## 7) Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your destination country and local regulations.
If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
PopPaw cannot predict or control these charges and is not responsible for refunding them if a delivery is refused.
## 8) Delivery Delays
While we always aim to meet the estimated timelines above, delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- customs processing
- local carrier delays
- weather disruption
- high seasonal demand
- incorrect delivery information
We appreciate your patience if this happens.
## 9) Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on production timing, stock availability, or shipping practicality.
